Complete the ASQ-3 to learn more about your child’s communication, gross motor (large muscles), fine motor (small muscles), problem-solving, and personal-social skills.
Complete the ASQ:SE-2 to learn more about your child’s social (interactions with others) and emotional (ability to demonstrate their feelings) skills.

To ensure that you are taking a comprehensive look at your young child’s development, complete both the ASQ-3 and ASQ:SE-2. A Care Coordinator will then follow up with your results and provide fun, age-appropriate activities to try at home.
